| When we originally picked "The Walk" as our name, we didn't do a thorough check of band name registrations. When it became necessary because of the CD project, we found that someone else had already registered the name, which left us scrambling for a new one. I strongly suggest doing the research up front instead of later to make sure your band has a unique name. |

| It was very hard to name our band. We had been "The Walk" for so long that it was difficult to find one that we liked better, or even as much. We considered hundreds of names before deciding on "So Far". Whenever I made a CDR with our current songs, I would write "So Far" on the CD with a sharpie. Stayton liked the sound of the name "So Far", so we decided to use it. |
